1. Who this policy covers

Figure Eight Foods operates the Plus Nine One website at plusnineone.co.in.

2. Information collected on the website

Plus Nine One is an informational restaurant website. It does not provide a website account, customer login, payment form, or a form for entering a reservation on the site itself.

Website analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the website. The site’s measurement code sends a limited, fixed set of interaction events: menu views and menu-category views; clicks to begin a reservation; directions-link clicks; and telephone-link clicks, where a telephone link is present.

The custom event design does not intentionally send names, telephone numbers, email addresses, message content, free text, search terms, payment information, destination URLs, or full query strings to Google Analytics. Google Analytics may process technical and online-identifier information, including browser, device, and usage information, and may use cookies or similar technologies under Google’s own policies.

Hosting and security logs

The website is hosted on Vercel. Like most web hosts, Vercel may process technical request information such as IP address, browser or device information, request time, and log data to deliver, secure, and operate the site. Figure Eight Foods does not use this information to identify individual visitors.

3. When you leave the website

The site links to independent services. Their handling of information is governed by their own notices and settings.

• PetPooja: the reservation link takes you to PetPooja’s reservation service. Any reservation information you enter there is collected by PetPooja, not through a Plus Nine One website form. The link includes non-personal campaign parameters so we can understand that a reservation journey began from the website.
• WhatsApp: the site links to WhatsApp for concierge and catering enquiries. If you message us there, WhatsApp/Meta processes your account information and message under its own policy. Figure Eight Foods receives the information you choose to send in the conversation.
• Google Maps and Instagram: the site links to these services. Their policies apply once you use them.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use the website analytics events to run third-party targeted advertising.

4. P91 Analytics Reader — planned internal reporting use

Figure Eight Foods plans to use P91 Analytics Reader for internal reporting on Plus Nine One’s own Pinterest Pins and Pinterest analytics.

The reader is limited to read-only access to P91-owned Pinterest content and analytics. It does not post, edit, delete, message, advertise, or act on behalf of visitors. Access is restricted to Figure Eight Foods personnel who need it for internal P91 reporting. It is not made available to third-party users. Any Pinterest account or platform data is also subject to Pinterest’s own terms and privacy policy.

5. How information is used and shared

We use website and internal reporting information to operate, secure, and improve the website; understand anonymous website actions and interest in restaurant content; measure whether website routes work; and prepare internal performance reporting for Plus Nine One.

We share information only with the service providers needed to operate these activities: Vercel for hosting, Google for Google Analytics, and, when you choose to use them, PetPooja, WhatsApp, Google Maps, Instagram, and Pinterest. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights, guests, systems, or services.

6. Retention

The website does not maintain customer accounts or a website form-submission database. Google Analytics and Vercel retain data under the retention settings and policies that apply to their respective services. Figure Eight Foods keeps internal reports only for as long as reasonably needed for reporting, service improvement, legal obligations, or resolving requests; those reports are designed to use aggregate information rather than direct identifiers.

Messages sent to us through WhatsApp are retained in the relevant business conversation for as long as needed to respond, operate the service, meet legal obligations, or resolve a request.

7. Your requests

You can ask about, access, correct, or request deletion of personal information held by Figure Eight Foods. Use the Plus Nine One contact channel at WhatsApp privacy and data-deletion requests.

Please state that your message is a privacy request and provide enough information for us to locate the relevant conversation or record. We may need to verify your identity before acting. We will explain if information is held only by an independent service, such as PetPooja, WhatsApp, Google, Vercel, or Pinterest, or if a request cannot be completed for legal or technical reasons.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the website, its measurement setup, or our data practices change. The current version and effective date will be posted at this URL.
